Those interested in taking part in CIRMARE2025 should submit their full papers via the EasyChair - CIRMARE 2025 platform. Papers can be submitted in any of the official languages (English, Spanish or Portuguese).
The length of the article should be between 8 and 12 pages. The number of authors should not exceed 4.
Papers submitted in English will be published in the Scopus-indexed International Proceedings of the Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering book series published by Springer, using the template provided (aqui).
Papers submitted in Portuguese and Spanish will be published in a special edition of the magazine Boletim do Gerenciamento, using the template provided (here).
Remember that submitting papers using the templates mentioned in Word is mandatory.
The Scientific Committee of the Congress will evaluate the acceptance of the papers and the authors will be notified of the result of the evaluation by email by 9 June 2025.
All presentations at CIRMARE 2025 will be given orally. There will be no poster presentations at CIRMARE 2025.
Each presentation will be allocated 15 minutes, which will be subdivided as follows:
In order to ensure that each speaker has equal time to present their work, session chairs will strictly enforce the time allocated to presentations.
All slides must be presented in English. The oral presentation can be given in the language most convenient to the presenter: English (recommended), Portuguese or Spanish.
All session rooms will be equipped with a laptop computer running Microsoft Windows and Adobe Reader, as well as a projector and screen. Authors are strongly encouraged to use the computers provided for their presentations. Authors are asked to copy their presentations to the computer in the respective session room before the session starts (ideally a day in advance, or during the coffee break before the session). Please don't leave it until the last minute, to avoid surprises (occasional problems will affect the 15 minutes allocated to the author for their presentation).
Authors wishing to use their own computers are asked to test the connection to the projector and screen in the respective session room before the session starts (ideally a day in advance, or during the coffee break before the session). Please don't leave it to the last minute. In addition, authors are asked to bring their own cables or adapters if they have special plugs on their computers. The use of authors' own computers should be avoided whenever possible in an attempt to minimise delays from one presentation to the next.
Compliance with these guidelines is extremely important in order to maintain the overall presentation schedule, as well as to avoid technical problems.
No-shows will be treated as an empty presentation slot, i.e. there will be no presentations in the respective time slot (subsequent presentations will not be postponed).
