Instructions for registration:

All participants interested in CIRMARE 2025 must fill in the online registration form provided below.

Registration Form

Registration fees must be paid using one of the following options:

• Debit/credit card
• Bank transfer

Publication of an article (max. 4 authors)

*Each adicional article +200 €, up to a limit of 2 additional works.

Confirmation of registration:

You will receive an automatic email confirming that your conference registration has been accepted. You will then receive a new email with instructions on how to pay for your registration.

Benefits of Registration:

Delegates, Participants and Doctoral Students

Registration includes:

• Full access to technical and plenary sessions;
• Conference material (bag, badge, programme, etc.);
• Coffee breaks and lunches;
• Dinner for a fee.

Bachelor's/Master's students

Registration includes:

• Full access to technical and plenary sessions;
• Basic conference material (bag, badge);
• Coffee breaks;
• Dinner for a fee.

Accompanying

Registration includes:

• Coffee breaks and lunches;
• Dinner for a fee.

To enrol in the student categories (Bachelor's/Master's), the interested party must present a document proving their current student status (proof of enrolment or declaration from the educational establishment). The document must be requested when filling in the student enrolment form.

In the case of ATM payments, please note the payment deadline on the invoice (usually 3 days).

Refund policy:

There are no refunds.

Deadlines for payment of registration fees:

Please pay special attention to the deadlines for enrolment fees. The deadlines shown refer to the completion of the entire enrolment process, which includes: filling in the enrolment form, validating supporting documents (where necessary - for example, proof of enrolment for Bachelor's/Master's students) and payment.

Important information:

• The data provided on the registration form will be used to issue the badge and certificate of participation;
• Make sure you fill in the form correctly, as errors in the supporting material are the responsibility of the participant;
• CIRMARE follows a one paper, one registration policy. This means that an author can submit several papers, but at least one paid registration fee must be associated with each paper. Authors of more than one paper must ensure that at least one of their co-authors of each of their additional papers also registers for the congress, or they must pay the Additional Paper Fee of €200.00 (for each additional paper - the limit is two additional papers) in order for the paper to be included in the congress programme.

Privacy policy:

Any personal data entered on the registration form will be for the exclusive use of the CIRMARE 2025 Congress.
