First secondment ISEP - UFPI
March 2014 - January 2015
Andreia Coelho from ISEP (Portugal) was at UFPI (Brazil) for ten months. During her stay, they shared knowledge concerning bioinformatic methods, proteomics techniques, peptides synthesis, antibodies production and immunosensors.
The goal of this collaborative work was to synthesize appropriate transgenic peptides for specific antibody production. The selected proteins will be applied for the development of immunosensors.
