Final Submission and author registration - Authors of accepted papers must submit the final version in PDF format taking into account the reviewers comments. If the paper is in english language it must be previously verified by the PDF eXpress (www.pdf-express.org) application for publication by IEEE. One of the authors must register to attend the conference and present the paper.
Do not forget to use the document template for submitting the final version of your contribution and adding author identification. The formatting instructions must be respected. It is especially important to:
- Using A4
- Having the correct margins
- Do not use page numbering (header and footer must be empty)
To generate an IEEEXplore ® compatible PDF file of your article, follow these steps:
1 - Create your own account on IEEE PDF eXpress accessing www.pdf-express.org, using the conference identifier: CISPEE2013x. The first time you access the system please use the "New user" option. Note that to access the service you must allow the use of cookies by the PDF eXpress web site.
2 - Send the source file (containing the article) for conversion.
3 - Receive an email with the IEEE Xplore compatible PDF and submit it to the Easy-Chair system as indicated above.
Alternatively use the IEEE PDF eXpress to check your PDF.
Copyright (Full papers in English language ONLY):
Accepted full papers in english language will be submitted for indexing by IEEEXplore ® which requires the submission of a IEEE Copyright Form signed by one of the authors. Please follow these steps to submit the copyright form:
1 - Download the IEEE CISPEE copyright form in doc format (copyright form).
2 - Enter the title of your article.
3 - Fill in the authors' names at the marked points. The best method is to simply copy and paste the required text into the copyright form. Try to keep the form pagination.
4 - Sign the form. It is only required for one of the authors to sign .
5 - Send a copy (scan) of the signed copyright form in PDF format when submitting the final version of your article. The Easy-Chair system now allows the submission of an "Attachment" to submit a PDF copy of the copyright form.
Posters:
The final version of the paper (will be published but not presented) must follow all formatting guidelines and have a maximum size of 4 pages (including references). The final format should be in PDF and is due on September 29th.
The poster size should be A1 (59,4cm x 84cm) and used in the vertical position. It is possible (but not mandatory) to include the CISPPE logo.
