It consists of carrying out various actions that promote the development of a set of learning and critical thinking skills that are fundamental for carrying out academic work and have to do with the contextualization of information sources, with the research, evaluation, selection and use of scientific information, which encompasses the management of citations and bibliographic references.

Infoliteracy, or information literacy, is made up of several steps:

1) Recognize the need for information. = What do we want to know/discover?

2) Be able to access the necessary information effectively. = How to search? Where to look?

3) Know how to evaluate information? = How can we tell if the information is reliable?

4) Use information without plagiarism, ethically. = Make citations and include bibliographical references.

5th) Transmit information effectively.

The training is aimed at the ISEP community and is free.

Sessions can be in-person or online and prior registration is required.

There is no restriction on the number of sessions each user can register for.

Sessions can also be in English, if requested.
