Customer service

The main objective of this service is to provide basic guidance for using the library, get to know its different areas and available resources.

1 - It consists of presenting the library and its areas to the user.

2 - Explain how documents are organized and how to find them on the shelves.

In the ISEP Library, books are organized by subject based on the Universal Decimal Classification table (UDC).  In order to arrange the books  on the same topic are together, we use the call number - an alphanumeric indication composed of the UDC notation + the first three (3) letters of the work's title, literally. The call number is printed on a label and placed at the top of the spine.
