The main goal of this project is to provide real-time systems with a generic framework for dynamic application monitoring and control, which uses the advantages offered by advanced programming paradigms, with a particular focus on reflection technologies. The correct use of this technology will allow building systems where the functional aspects are guaranteed to be reliable and deterministic, whilst providing the required flexibility. The main target of this framework is to support online resource consumption feedback for systems with dynamic QoS requirements.
CooperatES was funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology under grant POSC/EIA/60797/2004.
The project was led by members of the SoftCPS laboratory, working in Reflection and Aspect oriented technologies for monitoring of embedded real-time systems.
