Pedro Monteiro is a member of the Software for Cyber-Physical Systems (SoftCPS) research group at the School of Engineering of the Polytechnic of Porto (ISEP), where he is currently developing his Master’s thesis. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from ISEP in 2024, graduating with a Diploma of Merit.
Pedro is currently pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence Engineering at ISEP.
Alongside his academic path, he has maintained a professional career in industry; during the first year of the Master’s in Omnium:retail and now he currently serves as a Junior Backend Engineer at Uphold.
Outside of work, Pedro has played sports all his life and loves staying active. He’s also loves traveling, whether it’s exploring new places or meeting new people along the way.
