José Teixeira is a Portuguese final-year student in Informatics Engineering and a member of the Software for Cyber Physical Systems (SoftCPS) research group at the School of Engineering of the Polytechnic of Porto (ISEP).
José’s academic interests focus on Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, and Database Management, with particular attention to the design of reliable and scalable software systems. Throughout his studies, he has worked on projects involving complex system coordination and software architectures, strengthening his interest in applied engineering solutions.
He is currently completing his bachelor’s degree at ISEP, where he has developed a solid foundation in software engineering principles and collaborative development practices. José is motivated by challenges that involve transforming technical concepts into robust, real-world solutions and values teamwork.
In his free time, he enjoys staying active through exercise, playing video games, and challenging himself with Lego builds.
