The BIM4LAB project aims to define and implement digital strategies for the efficient integration of laboratory data with digital models, focusing on construction materials.

The proposed methodology is based on four key pillars:
1. Semantic standardization of test data;
2. Conversion of data into IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) format;
3. Integration into Common Data Environments (CDE);
4. Connection to 3D models developed in platforms such as Autodesk Revit.

Additionally, interactive dashboards in Power BI were developed, enabling visual analysis of laboratory results and their direct association with 3D models. This integration allows for the selection of elements within the model and the immediate visualization of corresponding information, supporting technical and design decision-making processes.

With this approach, BIM4LAB contributes to greater traceability, standardization, and digital integration of laboratory data within the construction ecosystem, strengthening the advancement of digitalization in the sector.
