Workshop: Network of Good Practices for Attracting Female Students for Engineering

Briefing

The organization belongs to the SPEE Research, Gender and Diversity in Engineering Education working group, in conjunction with ISRC's Engineering Education Research group, the main objective of this event being the creation of a bank of good practices to attract students for courses of engineering.

For whom?

• Higher education teachers;
• Academic and external relations staff.

Workshop Objectives:

• Presentation of proposals for the creation of a bank of good practices;
• Creation of conditions for replication of actions in different higher education institutions (HEIs);
• Definition of a monitoring commission (made up of those responsible for implementing the actions in each HEI);
• Development of forms of evaluation of the adopted measures.
